I don’t know if you’ve heard of Risk-Free Wealth, a program from Saen Higgins that claims to be able to make its users rich without risk. Saen Higgins has her own infomercial and it seemed like the product could really work. I thought this guy was interesting; Every time I searched for Risk-Free Wealth online, people wrote that Saen Higgins worked. I was still curious, so I bought the book and realized that, in fact, everything he says in his book makes a lot of sense. Let me break it down for you:

1. People don’t pay their property taxes. I don’t know why, but sometimes people are busy and forget. Maybe they’re in dire financial straits and just can’t pay their property tax right now.

2. YOU pay your property tax. Depending on the county and state, there is a redemption period that ranges from 3 to 5 years. This gives the current property owner a grace period to pay their property tax (with interest), which goes directly to YOU. The interest can be up to 25%, so imagine how much money you could make depending on the tax lien certificates you buy!

3. Since the waiting time can be up to four years, don’t expect to receive your money right away. Once the redemption period is up, and the current owner has STILL not paid you back, your house goes into foreclosure and you have the opportunity to take your property.

4. When a house goes into foreclosure, the bank becomes the new owner and since the bank doesn’t want to give you a house for a couple of hundred dollars, they will pay you the money you are owed instead.

It really is easy money, you just have to do your research and it takes more time than you want. The thing about infomercials is that people expect money to magically fall out of nowhere once they buy Wealth risk-free, which it doesn’t. It takes a little more time and the Saen Higgins website gives you tips and advice to help you not make the mistakes other people make when trying to do this on their own.

Overall, it’s a solid product and it’s all true, which is why other gurus have tried to launch their own products that are virtually identical to Risk-Free Wealth. It is not a scam; it is a real system and people have been investing in tax liens for years.
