11) Do you think, in general, that your state of mind, whatever it may be, has a positive or negative effect on your physical health?

12) If you were asked to list your 10 favorite people, would you put your own name on that list?

13) If you think about the last moments, can you remember your successes before your failures and setbacks?

Scoring results:

Above 55: Be pleased that you are very supportive of yourself and anyone you come in contact with; you are someone whose optimism is a powerful healing force, mentally and physically possible.

50 – 55: This is still excellent. You should be happy and proud that you are a genuine positive thinker.

45 – 50: This is good. In general, you are still a positive thinker, at times. You could look into ways to improve it a bit, if you’re interested.

40 – 45: This is fair. Your positive side and your negative side are almost even. Your call.

Below 40: You tend to be pessimistic. Think of ways to improve your pessimistic approach to life, if you wish.

Remember, you may not like your life situation or the world around you, but your attitude will also affect your overall health and may determine your future life outcomes.

Now, it’s up to you, are you satisfied with your attitude or are you looking to improve it wherever you’ve scored? Life is determined only by you, no matter how much of a victim you consider yourself in your current situation. Be responsible for the rest of your life, even if it requires mentally difficult decisions. Educate, get advice or advice, do what you can to find ways to a better and more positive existence, there are sources everywhere, internet, library, even self-help contact lines.
