Delicious No-Bake Nut Snacks

What do you need:

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled or quick oatmeal

  • 2/3 cup natural peanut butter

  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Place the oatmeal in a blender or food processor. Pulse until oatmeal reaches the consistency of flour. Add the nugget and honey / maple syrup to the blender and blend until the ingredients are well combined. Pour the mixture into a bowl. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender to get all of the mixture.

Form round dicks with the “dough.” If they are falling apart, return to the blender and add 1 tablespoon of bp. If they start to stick to your hands, grease them with cooking spray. Serve as is or chilled.

What do you need:

For the base

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1 1/2 cups bp

  • 1 1/2 cups caster sugar

For the dressing

  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup bp

To make the base, mix the graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, and powdered sugar in a bowl until well combined. Press mixture evenly into 9×13-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper. Set aside.

To make the topping, add the milk chocolate chips and peanut butter to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in short 20-second bursts, until smooth. Pour the mixture over the base in the pan and smooth with a spatula. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until set. Cut into squares and serve!

Cereal sandwich PB

What do you need:

  • 4 cups plain Cheerios

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup of honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix the peanut butter and honey in a microwave safe bowl and heat on high in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir, add the vanilla extract, and microwave for 30 more seconds. Add the cereal to the mixture and stir to coat well with the mixture. Drop the portions onto a parchment paper lined tray and allow to sit for at least 1 hour for the snack to set.
