PC muscles (pubococcygeus muscle)– Tighten the muscles of the vaginal wall (pc muscles), so you can make your partner feel better; and once you train them, it’s easy for you to have G-spot orgasms.

Strengthening these muscles has many benefits for your sexual health, as well as your overall health.

For example, if you are going to give birth later, strong PC muscles in the vagina will allow you to have an easier labor process.

Orgasms may be more frequent and even easier to achieve (as in masturbation alone) once you have stronger vaginal muscles, because the pubococcygeus muscle houses most of the nerve endings in the vagina.

Location of PC muscles– When you urinate, and if you squeeze your vaginal muscles to stop urination and then continue, then you will feel your PC muscles working.

Another method to locate this is to insert a finger into the vagina and squeeze the muscles. You should be able to feel its walls close in on your finger, just a little bit.

Once you feel this you will know where your muscles are and now you can start exercising them.

Kegel exercises– This is how you can do these exercises, which over time will make your vagina tighter.

You will start to notice the difference over time. When you tightened the muscles before, you need to repeat this one more time.

You can do this on your finger, or just with nothing inserted; You can also use a vaginal stick (found in specialty stores).

You must squeeze as hard as you can, hold it; release. Repeat again; and repeat this about 10 times per session (contracting and relaxing the vaginal muscles); 5-10 times a day

Within a few weeks you will notice that your vagina becomes tighter; and in the end, ideally, she should be able to open a closed bottle cap with her vaginal muscles.
