Since most astral travel takes place during the night hours, you will need to reserve your energies for your spiritual endeavors. You don’t want all your energy spent digesting a heavy meal while you sleep and snore happily.

If you don’t, you should start right away. Meditation increases your power to relax and focus better, both of which are necessary for successful astral travel.

5. Do the colors around you make you feel good?

If not, try changing the color schemes around you. Paint your room. Buy colorful clothes that you love. Colors have a huge role to play in the way you think and feel. They can help you gain more control over your mind and body.
